(1) Protecting Your Information :
Chessossity.com will never share your personal information with any other service or advertiser.

(2) Services :
Chessossity.com provides a system of teaching and learning chess online for the period of your membership.

(3) Registration :
You agree to provide true & accurate information and maintain accurate and up to date email details.

(4) Member Accounts :
You agree to keep use of your password to yourself only and not allow others to use it. If you loose access to your account email brendan@Chessossity.com .

(5) Termination :
You agree that Chessossity.com may, under certain circumstances immediately terminate your membership account. Cause for such termination maybe due to a breach of any one of these terms and conditions.

(6) Member Conduct :
You agree Not to use the Service to:
1. Transmit or otherwise make available any Content.
2. Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
3. Collect or store content for use off site.
4. You agree not to reproduce or sell any portion of the Service.

(7) Content :
Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, distribution of the materials provided on the Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

(8) Software :
You agree that the Chessossity.com's software is copyrighted. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the Software.

(9) Trademarks :
All chessossity.com images and logos are trademarks of Chessossity.com. You agree not to display or use these trademarks.

(10) Disputes :
These Terms and Conditions constitutes the agreement between you and Chessossity.com and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

(11) Limited Liability :
You agree and understand that chessossity.com shall not be liable to you for any damages resulting from:
(i) The use of or inability to use this service.
(ii) The unauthorized access to your data or unauthorized alteration of that data.

(12) Membership Payments :
All payments are in Euros. Members will have continuous use of our services for the duration of their subscription. And services can be renewed annually.
